Sue enjoys working with her hands and has dabbled in a variety of different crafts over the years finally finding her niche in embroidery. For the last 20 years Sue has been exploring the different techniques and styles, initially by taking classes in different techniques until she reached the point where she wanted to design her own pieces. At that point she began her journey through City and Guilds Design and Craft. Sue enjoys the challenge of designing a piece and then translating the design into a piece of art. Sue has City & Guilds Level 1 Certificate in Stumpwork and City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Design and Craft, has been teaching since 2015 and exhibiting since 2016.
